Modern meets Traditional Building

This residential residence near Kibworth in Leicestershire, was renovated during a 2 phase contract by the owners. Phase 1, we renovated the existing period cottage, retaining it’s original features, renewing and replacing to bring it back to it’s former glory. Phase 2 was an oak framed and glass extension. Single storey in some areas, and two storey in other’s. The extension was constructed to give the house a large open plan bespoke kitchen, dining and family area.
