Grade II Listed Factory Conversion

A Grade II listed former shoe lace factory in the heart of Market Harborough that we converted to a number of residential property’s. The former warehouse had been laid derelict for a number of years. Great care was taken to ensure that the eight flats this was converted into, were both light and spacious yet retained the original character of the building. This project was featured in the RIBA journal, as one of particular interest.
